TraceGains continues European growth program with annual Together conference to address industry challenges

TraceGains, the leading business platform that serves as a networked ingredients ecosystem for the food & beverage industry, is kicking off its expansion into the European F&B sector with its annual Together conference from 26-27 February.

Serving more than 1,500 clients around the world, including more than half of the top 100 food and beverage manufacturers, the TraceGains network delivers comprehensive solutions for compliance, nutritional calculation and labeling, NPD, ESG and packaging. Connecting brands to their supply chains, TraceGains uses advanced AI to enrich data and automate processes across its global network of 100,000 supplier locations and more than 600,000 ingredients and products.

“This connected compliance, quality, ESG, and product innovation solution is the first true ‘source-to-shelf’ networked solution for the food and beverage industry,” explained Gary Iles, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. “The system eliminates inefficiencies in the ingredient sourcing process, enabling businesses to scale faster, enhance transparency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.”

Already firmly established throughout the North American market, TraceGains is expanding its client and supplier base to include some of the biggest food manufacturing companies across Europe. “For brands and manufacturers, ingredient sourcing is not only a question of price and availability, but it is also about quality assurance, risk management, sustainability credentials, product innovation and regulatory compliance,” explained Gary.

“There’s a full ‘ecosystem of needs’ around price, as suppliers face growing pressures to prove the integrity of their ingredients and streamline their interactions with multiple buyers in a fragmented industry. Everything from regulatory complexity and supply chain disruption through to ESG compliance and quality control – TraceGains addresses all these challenges and more by providing a single, digital platform where all stakeholders can seamlessly connect, manage documentation, and ensure compliance.”

With TraceGains expanding its European operations, the annual Together virtual experience is expected to attract more than 4,000 global participants later this month. “We have lined up more than 60 speakers and thought leaders from across the F&B ecosystem for this year’s event, including from some of the best known brands in the sector,” said Gary.

This year’s Together virtual experience will focus on addressing the challenges faced by today’s F&B businesses, empowering participants to become guardians of the industry in the key areas of Food Safety & Compliance, Sustainability & ESG, Nutrition & Product Development, Information Exchange Across the Supply Chain, and Digital Transformation & Efficiency.

“Together 2025 will serve as a platform for industry leaders to connect and collaborate, engaging in meaningful discussions on the sector’s most pressing issues,” said Gary. “We’ll be examining the impact of an increasingly complex regulatory environment, demands for improved sustainability, and the benefits of effectively harnessing technological innovation. Through a variety of keynote presentations, panels, interactive workshops, and networking sessions, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge to tackle these challenges head on. The event has been doubling in size every year, and we’ve structured this to be fun and a networking event, but that’s all I’m going to say.”

Among the key speakers at the Together event will be representatives of America’s fastest-growing coffee company; the country’s most successful independent developer of foods and beverages for the retail foods and chain restaurant industries; and the Senior Director of Food Safety and Contamination Prevention at a global integrated risk management consultancy.

The Together virtual experience is free to attend and open to anyone working in R&D, FSQ, procurement, regulatory, and operations and interested in learning more about shaping the future of the F&B industry in the face of today’s evolving challenges.
